RPM 2010 - Irvine, CA

Rides come in all shapes and sizes and while we usually focus on the four wheeled variety, today we're going to take a look at something other than cars because not all automotive enthusiasts need a crumple zone.

Ruckus crews are growing in numbers every year. One of the most popular vehicles in the world, the scooter is practical, easy to maintain and cheap. At least most of them are. These Ruckuses or Ruckii (plural?) are going to set you back quite a bit, especially if you want quality mods like washer kits, custom wrapped seats, and billet handle bars. These guys definitely know what's up in the Ruckus world.

This thing is tricked out to the hilt. Everything on this bike was immaculate from head to toe. Props to the owner of this prime example of a well built custom scooter.

I know the Ed Hardy Quad doesn't quite fit in here, but it was too pretty to pass on. I wouldn't take it out on the salt flats though, I'd be too afraid of scratching that pretty paint or losing one of those gem stones.

Function VS Form

Comparing these two bikes would be like comparing apples and oranges. Gotta love all that billet and polished artwork on the first GSXR, but at the same time you'd be hard pressed to opt against a Yoshimura carbon fiber exhaust canister or the clean look on the second one.
