Your order is processed the week in which is was placed and machined the following weekend. The order is then shipped out the following Monday(or Tuesday if it's a long weekend). All products are shipped out using USPS Priority Mail or First Class where applicable.
Of course! Personalized engraving is available on all of our products. To ensure an accurate piece, it is recommended that you provide a high resolution raster format(JPEG, PNG, GIF) or preferrably a vector format(AI, CDR, DXF, DWG) file along with your order.
