Shipping and Returns Policies
Products are readily available to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. If you would like to make a purchase but don't reside within any of these countries, please contact us prior to checking out.
Products are shipped via United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service. All products are insured by their respective shipping services. Tracking is not provided unless otherwise noted in product description.
Depending upon the shipping method used, it may take up to 13 business days for your order to arrive. Products shipped to the West Coast typically take 2-3 days, while products shipped to the East Coast typically arrive within 7-9 days. Orders outside of the United States can vary heavily due to customs, but won't usually take longer than 13 days. Any import taxes or customs fees incurred are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. All returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
If your order is incorrect or your ordered the wrong quantity, please notify us immediately so that we may work with you to remedy the situation.
If your item is damaged or appears to have been mis-handled during the shipping process, you must notify the shipping company. In cases where the package appears to have been tampered with, do not accept the item. File a claim with the shipping company immediately.
