The life of a Yospeed lower tie bar begins inside of a CAD rendering, where it is modeled and formed around the vehicle it is to be applied to. After the design process, all tie bars are machined and carefully inspected to ensure the dimensions all meet exact specifications.
After the tie bar is machined, an optional hard anodizing process is applied which not only increases the visual prowess, but also hardens the surface of the tie bar and increases corrosion resistance.
